Counsel Arianna gained significant experience in all areas of industrial and intellectual property, including trade marks and other distinctive marks, patents, design, know-how and trade secrets software, copyright, unfair competition, advertising, media and entertainment, IT, e-commerce, franchising and licensing contracts. Arianna advised Italian and foreign companies in complex litigation cases, precautionary and on merits, involving significant IP and unfair competition issues. Arianna also advised a large number of Italian and foreign companies, included private equity giants, in non-contentious advisory work relating to joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, licensing contracts, transfer of technology, distribution and franchising in fields requiring the management of complex portfolios of IP rights.
