Senior Counsel at Tiberghien in Belgium with expertise in corporate tax, mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation. He joined the firm in 1999 and has been a partner since 2002; he is a member of the Antwerp, Brussels and Luxembourg Bars, an author and instructor on tax topics, and a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
