Partner with BBH responsible for banking and finance, capital markets and M&A with more than 15 years' experience. He has worked on pioneering transactions in the Czech Republic (including the first securitization and first synthetic securitization under CRR) and advises on financial regulation and licensing and enforcement proceedings before the Czech National Bank.
