Jan Clinck

Counsel at ALTIUS in Belgium within the Commercial, Competition and ICT department, Jan Clinck specialises in data protection and new technologies across sectors including health, media and retail. He has strong experience in ICT, e‑commerce and intellectual property matters, including litigation before the courts and the data protection supervisory authority, and is a scientific collaborator at the Universiteit Antwerpen where he gives guest lectures.
