Partner and head of the Nuclear Energy Practice at Kochanski & Partners in Poland, specializing in infrastructure, energy and industrial investments, including project finance, renewable energy and nuclear projects. He advises on environmental and regulatory matters, licensing and permitting for major energy projects, has participated in legislative work and EU-level proceedings, and is an academic author and president of the International Nuclear Law Association.
