Partner at BSP in Luxembourg advising on domestic and cross-border transactions including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalisations and migration, and regularly counselling boards and senior management on strategic and governance matters. He has extensive experience with major international clients (notably Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division and Asset Management Division), focuses on real estate, private equity, venture capital, technology, debt investments and infrastructure, advises on unregulated fund structuring and Luxembourg legal aspects of social gaming, gambling and ICT projects, and previously worked at a "Magic Circle" law firm.
