Partner at GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg advising on capital markets, banking, securitisation, structured finance, insurance, corporate and regulatory matters, as well as dispute resolution. Admitted to the Bar in France (2010) and Luxembourg (2012), he holds an LL.M. and a Ph.D. from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, served on secondment as legal counsel at the European Investment Fund (11/2013–04/2014) and has lectured at the Luxembourg School of Business since 01/2022.
