Advises banks and non‑banking financial institutions on banking and finance, capital markets, project finance, restructuring and regulatory matters, and has led projects including EIB coordination on transposition of EU procurement directives; previously headed the legal department of a top-ten Romanian bank and served as in-house counsel for the national competition authority during pre-accession.
