Janez Voncina is a Partner at JPM & Partners in Serbia and a Doctor of Laws (PhD) who joined the firm in 2018. He advises and represents international and domestic corporate clients and individuals in Corporate / M&A, Commercial law and Dispute Resolution, serves as JPM’s representative of the Slovenian Desk (with longstanding advisory work for Slovenian clients and active membership in the Slovenian Business Club in Serbia), and is listed as a Leading Associate in Legal 500 EMEA 2025 for Commercial, Corporate and M&A.
