Partner at Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão in Portugal, working in the Public Law area; joined the firm in 2023 and focuses on public procurement and administrative law. Former partner in charge of the Public Procurement and Local Authorities Department at Pacheco de Amorim, Miranda Blom e Associados (2019–2023), he is an associate of the Administrative Law Association (ADA), a member of the Public Procurement Committee, a visiting professor at ISCTE - Executive Education and a doctoral candidate at the University of Minho.
