Jan Bech is an experienced insolvency and restructuring lawyer advising on creditor arrangements, bankruptcy proceedings and the sale, acquisition and restructuring of insolvent companies. He acts for clients in the dairy and automotive sectors, has conducted leading cases on vehicle registration fees and has the right to appear before the Danish Supreme Court; he also lectures on insolvency topics.
