Partner at Andersen Partners specialising in insurance, torts, public law, criminal law and dispute resolution, with extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings. Has conducted numerous cases before the Danish Supreme Court, the High Courts and the Maritime and Commercial Court, and litigated a product liability matter before the European Court of Justice that led to amendment of the Danish Product Liability Act.
