Katia Zygoulianou is an Associate in the Corporate and M&A practice at Machas & Partners Law Firm, having joined the firm in 2026. She specialises in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law and financial regulation with an emphasis on the funds industry, and has experience in public offerings, corporate and financing transactions, private equity and venture capital, and regulatory/compliance matters for entities supervised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and the Bank of Greece; prior to joining the firm she served as in‑house legal counsel and compliance officer at a Greece‑based listed alternative investment fund and its manager.
