Nikolas Avgouleas is a partner at Fortsakis, Diakopoulos, Mylonogiannis & Associates who heads the firm's Public Procurement practice. He specialises in public law — particularly energy and environmental law, public procurement and privatisations — and advises on dispute resolution before State courts and arbitration, having worked on major privatization and concession projects (including Egnatia Odos, VOAK motorways, Piraeus and Thessaloniki port matters, Hellinikon and the PPA sale).
