Senior Associate at Aequo (Ukraine) with extensive experience advising foreign and domestic companies — including importers, exporters, manufacturers and distributors — on international trade (including trade remedies, supply and distribution), customs, tax and transport law, and the structuring of cross-border transactions. He was involved in the Working Group on Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine under the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Banking, Tax and Customs Policy, and provides legal support to worldwide corporations and private equity funds on competition and antitrust matters.
