Managing Partner and founding member of the firm (est. 2005) who advises Croatian and foreign companies on complex projects and cross-border transactions, with a focus on banking and financial sector clients and utility services. He has extensive experience in finance and complex M&A, restructuring and bankruptcy matters; he passed the bankruptcy trustee exam in 2011 and is listed in the register of certified bankruptcy trustees, and is recommended by Legal500 and noted by IFLR1000.
