Partner and Head of Tax at Kapolyi Law Firm in Hungary, leading the firm's tax group and advising on cross-border and domestic transactions including commercial real estate acquisitions, M&A, financing and securities offerings; he has also represented clients in significant tax disputes. He began his career as a trainee at Allen & Overy in Budapest in 2008, worked in the tax group of DLA Piper, headed the tax group at Lakatos, Köves & Partners from 2015 and joined Kapolyi as a partner in 2024.
