Ineta Krodere, Mag.iur., is a preeminent IPR litigator and trademark attorney in Latvia with over 20 years of experience advising global industry leaders and cultural institutions. Her landmark matters include defending Dzintars against Beiersdorf’s NiveA claims and winning the first Latvian court case against a copyright collective for Radio SWH; she is a member of the Latvian AIPPI board and serves as its Treasurer.
