Partner at Flynn O'Driscoll advising on transactional corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructuring and shareholder arrangements. He joined Flynn O'Driscoll from William Fry, where he was a Senior Associate in the Corporate Department, and has acted for significant Irish and international private equity and venture capital firms, particularly in the technology sector.
