Managing Partner and founder of Sioufas & Associates Law Firm, admitted to the Athens Bar in 1999 and co-founded the firm in 2005. He advises major banks, financial institutions and investment funds on banking & finance, NPL/NPE management and real estate investment and development, and leads complex commercial and financing transactions including large NPL portfolio sales and legal due diligence.
