Patrick De Wolf

Senior Partner at DALDEWOLF and co-head of the Corporate and Financial Law team, Patrick De Wolf is a member of the Brussels Bar (1986) and the Kinshasa/Matété Bar (2020). He specialises in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions as well as national and international arbitration, is a lecturer at UCLouvain and an author/co‑author of specialised articles and books, and regularly works on investment, restructuring and arbitration matters in Central Africa (OHADA law).
