Partner at Visser Schaap & Kreijger advising, drafting contracts for and litigating on behalf of national and international clients in sectors including publishing, TV and film production, broadcasting, design and advertising. She handles matters before civil courts and regulatory bodies (Commissariaat voor de Media, Reclamecode Commissie, Autoriteit Consument en Markt), has held senior roles at Boekel De Nerée and was a founder/managing partner of Klos Morel Vos & Schaap, and serves on multiple industry and professional boards including as Chair of the Fellow Fund and member of the Disciplinary Appeals Tribunal of the Dutch Bar Association.
