Mugurel Tataru is Counsel and Co-Head of the Dispute Resolution Department at Stratulat Albulescu Attorneys at Law in Romania, with over 12 years of experience advising and representing clients in national and international commercial arbitration and complex litigation. He focuses on disputes in banking and finance, insolvency, public procurement, construction, corporate matters and employment, and on coordinating cross-disciplinary teams for commercially aligned legal strategies.
