Wouter Pors

Wouter Pors is a partner at Windt Le Grand Leeuwenburgh and an intellectual property lawyer since 1989, with a strong focus on patent law and extensive international litigation experience. He has a technical background (studied architecture at Eindhoven University of Technology before pursuing a law degree at Tilburg University), is active in international IP organisations (chairing AIPPI’s Standing Committee on Client Attorney Privilege), teaches for the European Patent Litigation Certificate at Politecnico di Milano, and specialises in market regulation in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
