Jules Wintjes is an Attorney-at-law and Partner at Louwers IP&Tech Advocaten (with the firm since March 2025) who advises on intellectual property matters including copyright, trade mark, design and trade name law, and on licensing and commercial agreements. He has particular experience in music law, R&D and collaboration contracts, B2B e‑commerce and advising on innovation and the transformation to new "as-a-service" business models, as well as IP enforcement and anti-piracy matters.
