Benjamin Marchandise

Benjamin Marchandise is a Partner at Scale who focuses on domestic and international dispute resolution and arbitration, with broad expertise in insolvency and commercial law disputes and extensive experience in corporate law including reorganizations, acquisitions and other transactions. He joined Scale in September 2018 after seven years as Head of Litigation at VWEW Lawyers and earlier worked in the litigation department of NautaDutilh.
