Gwen Bevers

Gwen Bevers is Managing Partner at Scale in Belgium. Educated at the University of Antwerp and with an LLM from University College London, Gwen worked for more than eight years at Baker & McKenzie Brussels before joining Scale in February 2010; Gwen advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and the preparation and negotiation of related agreements and corporate documentation.
