Partner at Scale in Belgium who specialises in public law, advising and litigating on environmental law (including spatial planning and energy), public procurement, real estate and project development. He holds an LLM in European & International Energy and Environmental Law and a law degree from KU Leuven, is a member of the Bar of the Province of Antwerp, joined Scale in December 2013 after more than five years at DLA Piper UK LLP and Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick, regularly publishes on these matters and serves on the editorial board of Omgeving teRecht and the General Assembly of the College Eucharistisch Hart in Essen.
