Claire is an associate in Florent’s Corporate and M&A team whose practice focuses on corporate law, in particular M&A and commercial contracts. She advises on domestic and cross-border M&A as well as on general transactional and corporate matters; she joined Florent in October 2024 and began her career at an international law firm in Amsterdam in 2018, including a six-month secondment to an international corporate in the food industry.
