Partner at Andersen and an EU regulatory and competition lawyer with over 15 years' experience advising international clients, trade associations and public bodies on competition, state aid, foreign investment, public procurement, market access and EU transport law. He represents clients before the European Commission and other national and international regulators and is a Visiting Lecturer in EU Transport Policy at the European College of Parma.
