Partner at Andersen in Belgium who specialises in corporate/M&A, privacy, commercial and economic law, advising on acquisitions, restructurings and private/venture capital matters often with an international dimension and a focus on the real estate sector. He teaches corporate, economic and tax law at Odisee College, is a frequent speaker and author on corporate and tax topics, and is active with non-profit organisations and the Belgo-Peru Chamber of Commerce.
