Partner at Andersen (Belgium) who co-leads the firm's public, administrative and constitutional law team; he focuses on spatial planning and urban development, environmental law, expropriation, public procurement, government liability, energy, construction and healthcare administrative law and represents clients before the Council of State, the Constitutional Court and the Courts of Appeal. He is a deputy judge at the Brussels Court of Appeal, an alternate member of the Federal Institute for the protection and promotion of Human Rights, is active in research and speaking engagements, and holds a Master in Laws from Vrije Universiteit Brussel (1998, cum laude).
