Alexandros Economou is Partner and Managing Director of Alexandros Economou LLC in Cyprus, advising on corporate, commercial and banking law with particular focus on corporate acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, restructurings, banking and finance, capital markets, securitisations and private equity. He also specialises in EU and Cyprus competition and merger control, has served on boards of private, regulated and listed companies, and has lectured and published on EU/internal market and competition law topics.
