Partner at Cases Lacambra in Spain focused on tax law, advising family business groups, large national and multinational groups, private equity firms and investment funds on group restructuring, corporate reorganization, international tax planning, due diligence and tax litigation. Previously worked in the business tax advisory department of EY (Barcelona) and at Grant Thornton's tax practice; co-author of "Impuesto sobre Sociedades – Régimen General, Tomo I."
