Partner at Elzaburu in Spain specialising in intellectual property—with a focus on trade marks, copyright and domain name recovery (UDRP) proceedings. International Panelist at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, has handled IP matters for Brazilian and U.S. clients, taught on a master's course at the Polytechnic University of Valencia (2002–2005), and has been with Elzaburu since 1991.
