Partner at Elzaburu in Spain, specialising in intellectual property litigation and arbitration and a member of the firm's Litigation Group. With the firm since 2001, he has held academic posts including Associate Professor of Competition Law at Carlos III University (2000–2008) and Professor of Industrial and Competition Law at Comillas University - ICADE (2013).
