He has extensive experience from strategic advice and litigation concerning trademarks, patents, copyright and design. Anders frequently represents clients in court proceedings, including the Swedish Supreme Court, and in arbitration proceedings. Further, Anders lectures at Lund University, Faculty of Law, and has published several books and articles on IP law.
