Dietmar Czernich advises clients on corporate structuring, company acquisitions (M&A), and cross-border mergers and transfers of registered offices, and specialises in national and international arbitration, representing clients before arbitration tribunals and serving as an arbitrator at the ICC. He is an honorary professor at the Faculty of Law in Innsbruck and serves as Honorary Consul of the Federal Republic of Germany for Tyrol.
