Marlene Wachter is a lawyer at CHG Czernich Haidlen Gast & Partner in Austria who primarily advises and represents employers in all aspects of labour law. She manages the firm’s St. Johann/Kitzbühel office, regularly writes and lectures on labour law (including as a lecturer and arbitration committee member at the Medical University of Innsbruck), and has prior experience as a student assistant in public law and as a research assistant on the Restatement of European Insurance Law project.
