Arco Bobeldijk is a tax partner at HVK Stevens advising on international tax structuring, M&A, private equity, investment funds and wealth management. He was previously a partner at Loyens & Loeff for nearly 20 years, serves as professor of corporate tax law at Nyenrode Business University and chairs the Legislation Committee of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (NOB).
