Stefan Bessman

Partner at Westerberg & Partners based in Sweden, specialising in international arbitration, litigation, dispute resolution and insurance matters (including insurance litigation and non-contentious insurance advice). Served as a law clerk and assistant judge early in his career, graduated LL.M. (juris kandidat) from Stockholm University in 1989, and has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 1996; he is also a member of the Swedish Insurance Law Association (since 1999) and the Swedish Sports Law Association (since 2013) and sits on the Board of the Swedish Sports Confederation.
