Partner at Berechet Rusu Hirit with a strong litigation and legal consultancy practice, advising and representing local and multinational companies, including investment funds, across sectors such as energy, real estate, financial services, retail, food and beverages, medical services and media & entertainment. He has extensive experience in administrative litigation, corporate disputes, intellectual property and commercial lawsuits and previously worked as a senior lawyer with the local offices of leading foreign law firms before founding Berechet Rusu Hirit.
