Of Counsel at Hillmont Partners and Head of the Energy practice, Tetiana Mylenka advises on M&A, corporate, competition, commercial and regulatory matters across oil & gas, mineral resources and conventional and renewable power projects. She has over fifteen years' professional experience, previously serving as head of the legal department at JSC Main Gas Pipelines of Ukraine and holding roles at the Energy Community Secretariat, Deloitte and CMS, and acts as an external advisor to supervisory and executive board members of strategic enterprises while contributing to energy-sector legislation.
