Senior Counsel at Popescu & Asociatii with over 40 years' experience in Romania's judicial system, including more than 15 years as a judge at the High Court of Cassation and Justice and service as Director of the National Institute of Magistracy. He is an experienced arbitrator and supra-arbitrator with expertise in civil, commercial, banking and finance, insurance and human rights law.
