Partner Of Counsel at Popescu & Asociatii in Romania and PhD-qualified lawyer with extensive experience in banking, insolvency and restructuring and complex commercial matters. She serves as an arbitrator at the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania, is a trainer at the National Institute of Magistracy and a member of the Scientific Council of the National Institute for the Training of Insolvency Practitioners, is a former judge at the High Court of Cassation and Justice, and has published extensively (45+ scientific communications, 60+ articles and 7 books).
