Managing Partner and co‑founder of Banasik Wozniak i Wspólnicy, and Vice President of the Association of Energy Law Lawyers, with extensive experience advising major Polish companies in the energy, heat and gas sectors. She focuses on regulatory implementation (including EU rules), renewable projects (wind, solar, biogas), hydrogen and WtE projects, energy infrastructure and PPPs, and has participated in international energy and infrastructure projects including work for a gas transmission operator in Ukraine and co‑founding Poland’s gas exchange.
