Michal Bogacz is a Partner and Attorney-at-law at Olesinski & Wspolnicy who specialises in business law, capital markets, competition law and non‑financial reporting (ESG), advising Warsaw Stock Exchange‑listed companies and large domestic and foreign entrepreneurs for more than 15 years.
