Counsel advising large capital companies (including automotive and energy clients) on economic law, capital markets, energy and competition and consumer protection matters. He has experience developing compliance and GDPR procedures, standardizing commercial contracts, representing clients in labour and contractual disputes, handling administrative proceedings (including before the Energy Regulatory Office), and advising on energy investments, entry of foreign entities into Poland and M&A.
