Senior Manager and attorney-at-law advising on state aid, public finance and tax law, focused on strategic planning for the safe use of national and EU aid (grants, tax exemptions, preferential loans) while ensuring compliance with EU and national competition, public finance, tax and public procurement laws. He represents industrial clients (notably automotive, petrochemical and financial sectors) in proceedings and notifications before the European Commission and domestic authorities, has participated in implementation of IPCEI rules (including hydrogen), and has carried out tax-incentive projects in special economic zones.
