Willem Berendsen is co‑founder and Partner at LXA Attorneys, where he leads the Insolvency & Restructuring team. He advises entrepreneurs, directors and investors on reorganisations, restructurings, (re)financing and bankruptcies, regularly acts as a receiver and administrator, and is a member of the Dutch Association of Insolvency Lawyers (INSOLAD) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).
